Inside my ';new'; SUV, there is a ring that circles the inside ceiling of the cab. It is not rust, but the individual who owned the vehicle beforehand was a smoker and this ring is smoke residue. mr clean spray or 409 cleaner will clean this but it will lighten the spot also..
