Advice is ALWAYS worth what you pay for it ..
.. and when it comes to legal issues,'free advice' is likley to end you with YOU in Court :-)
RE: CAB .. yes they are very very busy. Ring up and make an appointment (expect to wait a few weeks) OR turn up at least an hour before they open (most see 'drop in' cases in the morning, apointments in the afternoon ..
Most will see a maximum of 3 people per adviser per morning, and most have no more than 4 advisers .... so if there are a dozen or more people already waiting in the queue, chnaces are they will never get around to you that day .. so try gain tomorrow, 2 hours early ..Any retired solicitors that can help me with the csa..cab too busy. iwant free advice have lots of questions.?
